How our posts are prepared

• Written by the team that builds the product

  The team that built community registration, event applications, QR check-in and sponsorship flows explains the same topics on the blog. The person describing how a feature works is the person who built it.

• Blended with experience

  On topics such as general assemblies, handovers, sponsorship meetings and event planning, the experience shared by club managers has been worked into the posts. Not theory — a path tried in the field.

• Official sources only, where sources are cited

  Universities, institutions and the programme’s own pages are the basis; third-party blogs and news sites are not accepted as sources. In posts with a sources section, links go directly to the official page.

• Figures are verified; corrections are made in place

  Prices, discount rates, application dates and conditions are checked against the official page. When the source changes, the post is corrected at the same address; no new post is opened.

• No commissions, no sponsorship

  We earn nothing from the programmes, discounts or products described; links go to official pages. Ad space is separate from the article and labelled.

• Dated and regular

  Every post shows its publication date; the blog is published on a planned schedule. Information that can go stale (quotas, dates, prices) should be read together with that date.

• No personal data

  Posts contain no personal information about students or community members. Community and event details come from public sources.
